Road Trip!!

After you travel in an airplane for 17 consecutive hours, driving 6 and a half is really just a joke. The boys and I took off yesterday to Alabama for the week. They did a great job in the car, compliments of many hours of Disney and Tom & Jerry DVD's.

Instead of asking "Are we there yet?", Charlie just asked every 5 minutes..."Dis Alabama?", "Where you going?", and "Alabama now?"... And that started about 3 and half minutes after we left the house.


Taking a break to eat a PB & J...We look unhappy, but it was just bad timing and an even worse cell phone camera.



Tired of riding in the car, but doing great 3 hours in!



This is only funny if you were on the plane with us to Ethiopia (or you have ever been to Ethiopia)...All the Ethiopians cover their heads while they are sleeping or just sitting on the plane. Charlie asked for a blanket and I looked back a few minutes later...He also watches TV at home like this!
