Sam has been bugging me to play in the snow. Huh?? Or play in the water. And since it's neither been cold enough for snow, nor warm enough for outdoor water play, he was been quite sad. Until this weekend when I suggested we break out our new slip 'n slide that came in our Easter stash from Gammy & Papa.
Best idea all weekend.
Certainly trumped picking up rocks from the backyard, which was what they were doing.
Helping. They were helping us...
We didn't even take the time to put on the 'ol swimming trunks, but just shed our shirts and shoes and dove right in!
The water was COLD. But they didn't care one bit.
Beats picking up rocks.
