The 'Burg

In the midst of looking forward to our court date, I forgot to mention that Kenny and I took a little mini-vacation to Gatlinburg last weekend. We haven't taken a trip just the two of us since our honeymoon 5 years ago, so we figured we deserved it, right? We shopped, shopped some more, ate good food, went hiking, went shopping again, ate again...and just generally hung out and enjoyed each others company. I know, we are SO sweet... Kenny says our hiking wasn't real because we passed a man on the [paved] trail pushing a stroller, but that's what happens when you hike with someone whose knee is equivalent to that of an 80-year-old. We still got to see a beautiful waterfall at the end of the trail...and watch some overzealous teenagers try to cross the freezing cold water by hopping on the rocks. Funny. Enjoy our "smile in front of the waterfall" pictures and ignore our corny-ness...
