we went to Joe Huber's Farm in starlight, indiana to eat fried chicken and play with the ducks...
they didn't want katie and i petting them...
but didn't mind jared feeding them...
although katie didn't want to try the duck food...it probably tastes like chicken!
we went to a louisville bats game on sunday night...again...perfect weather! i think we won...wasn't really paying attention to the game though. i was to busy watching Nana dance to all the songs they were playing over the loud speakers...haha!
update on the knee situation: i was released to drive last week. thanks to those of you that have been praying for us...that was NOT a fun couple of weeks where kenny was having to drive me (and himself) to our various daily activities. i've got about a week and a half left in the big brace and then another 6 weeks in a smaller brace. thankfully this surgery has gone MUCH better than the last one...sad that i've had so many knee surgeries that i can compare them to each other...
